POST ARCHITECTS is a Baton Rouge based full-service commercial architecture firm with nearly 50 years of continuous architectural practice. The firm was founded in 1968 by Raymond "Skipper" Post, Jr. FAIA, and it continues today under his guidance with Lisa H. Nice, AIA, joining the firm as a partner in 2008. This longevity and knowledge base has enabled the firm's ability to execute specialized architectural and master planning projects throughout South Louisiana.
Our design portfolio includes projects in the following categories: CIVIC (libraries, judicial, governmental facilities, theaters, convention centers, etc.), ECCLESIASTICAL, EDUCATION (early learning to higher education), RESIDENTIAL (multi-family), HEALTHCARE, MASTER PLANNING, OFFICE/RETAIL and RECREATION. Project types include a range from small scale graphic design, to large scale master planning, new construction, renovations/additions, historical renovations, high-rise and all types in between. Our master planning projects include church and school campuses, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, as well as projects on an urban scale, like the very successful Louisiana State Capitol Park Master Plan.
