POST ARCHITECTS is a Baton Rouge based architecture firm with over forty years of continuous architectural practice which enhances our ability to execute specialized architectural and master planning projects.  

Our design portfolio includes projects in the following categories: library, high rise, courthouse, healthcare, office, historic renovation, religious, educational, retail, and tenant development.  Our master planning projects include church and school campuses, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, as well as projects on an urban scale such as the Louisiana State Capitol Park Master Plan.

Lisa H. Nice, AIA, LEED AP has been working in the field of architecture and design since 1992 and with Post Architects since 1996. She became a partner in the firm in 2008. Along with helping guide the firm, she is responsible for project design, production, and construction administration.

She has served as Project Architect on numerous project types including renovation, civic, academic, ecclesiastical, business, manufacturing, healthcare, recreation, commercial, and master planning. 

Since joining Post Architects, Ms. Nice has been the Project Architect for the ongoing Baton Rouge River Center Expansion and LSU's Christ the King Catholic Church and Student Center, both award winning projects. She also served as Project Manager for the LEED Gold Mid City Gardens Activity Center. She has also been involved in several projects for Baton Rouge Country Club, Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Franklin Press and Baton Rouge Public Safety Campus.  With another firm Ms. Nice was a design team member for several projects in the United Plaza Office Complex in Baton Rouge.

She received a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University in 1992, is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (serving the second woman president of AIA Louisiana in 2015), and is an NCARB-certified, Registered Architect in the state of Louisiana.
